Four Seasons Health Care Group completed the sale of its high performing care home group in April 2025.

 

Following the sale of all remaining Four Seasons Health Care and brighterkind care homes in April 2025, the Four Seasons Health Care Group has now substantively completed all wind down activities and central management and support functions are closed.
