Here at Four Seasons Health Care and brighterkind, we provide care for many individuals. Each individual is unique with a unique set of care requirements, sometimes having complex needs with additional support required from external agencies. We are very experienced at caring for individuals with multiple care requirements.
Making sure the home you choose can care for you or your loved one is an important part of choosing the right home. When you talk to any of our care homes, please try to outline any key conditions and prescriptions to help the care home team understand whether they are best placed to provide you with the right care. This may be part of the initial conversion you have with the home, where both you and the care home team decide whether the home can provide good, safe and individualised care for you or your loved one.
