Benarty View Care Home

Our Care at Benarty View Care Home

Our team provides residential care for people who need a little help with daily tasks and where we support our residents to maintain their independence and individuality. We also provide nursing care and specialist dementia care for those who have more complex medical needs.

Our home has been rated Very Good  in all areas inspected by the Care Inspectorate.

Care Inspectorate inspectors commented: “We found high standards of clinical care of needs such as weight, skin integrity and falls. Weekly meetings led by the nursing team were effective in monitoring and reviewing care needs of people living in the service. One relative we spoke with told us staff “go out of their way” to give people the care that they need. Another told us that their loved one’s life had been “turned around” for the better since moving to Benarty View.”

At our care home in Fife, we provide a comprehensive range of services, including residential care, nursing care, and specialised nursing dementia care, alongside dedicated residential dementia support and palliative care.

Key Information

We provide care for those who are publicly funded as well as those paying for their own care.

It’s important to get professional advice on the best way to fund the cost of care and we suggest that you take advice from a care fees expert to make sure that you have explored all the options available to you.

In order to make life easier we have contacted a national care fees planning specialist, Symponia who are dedicated to the financial issues of later life, in particular the payment of care fees. Through Symponia’s network of carefully selected and qualified financial advisers they offer you and/or your family member empathic, bespoke advice on the best way to fund weekly care fees. This approach ensures that not only are all our residents and their families aware of the legislation and how it works but they are able to explore all the financial options available to them.

It should be noted that Four Seasons Health Care and Symponia operate completely independently with no commission or financial benefit to Four Seasons Health Care as a result of your conversation or contract.

Whilst my aunt has only been in Benarty View for three weeks, I can see such a difference in her physical appearance and her demeanour… she has come on leaps and bounds and is looking and feeling far better than she has done for some time.

Ratings and Reviews

The Care Inspectorate have found Benarty View to be VERY GOOD in all areas rated.

Inspectors said: “We found significant strengths in the program of activities and engagement available in the service. This included various links with local communities, for example, nursery visits, coffee clubs, tea dances, church services and adapted cycle clubs. The service utilised a “Magic Moments” system for planning, delivering, and evaluating how well they kept people physically and mentally active. We reviewed resident and relative meeting minutes, which evidenced feedback being sought on the program of events and engagement being delivered. This promotes people being central to how their support needs are met.”
